We also provide supplies and products to Medical Spas, Dayspas, Salons, Beauty Supply, Beauty Schools and small esthetics businesses. You must be a licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician to purchase our products. We have to right to refuse service, exchanges, replacements or courtesy to non-licensed customers.
Professional License Verification: For ALL first time customers, we require a copy of an Esthetics or Cosmetology license prior to shipping your order. You can upload your license on our website by going here. Unce you upload it, add to cart and it will submit with your order.

Email orders: All email orders will receive an email with tracking information via UPS or USPS.
Beauty School Orders: All beauty school orders have to be placed via email or called in to receive 10% discount with a $500 minimum order.
Shipping Information: With our high volume of customers our products take 2-5 business days for shipment. However there are some occasions where we can process your order the same day or next day.

Backordered Items: If an item is on backorder, we will ship the in stock items first. When your backordered item arrives at the warehouse we will ship them to you with no shipping charge.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns or order cancellations must be expressly authorized by Smooth Skin Supply and are for store credit only. Requests for any order corrections must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. No returns will be allowed on open or used products. Refunds will be granted for store credit only and must be approved by management.
Classes/Shows: No refunds will be given for class cancellations, in the event of a class cancellation you will receive store credit. If you register for a class and are unable to attend you can use your registration fee towards another class or towards purchasing product. No refunds or store credits on show orders. All show orders are FINAL.
Online Training Classes: No refunds on online training/class purchases. All sales for online training are final.
Right to Refuse: Smooth Skin Supply LLC reserves the right to discontinue business with any customer who is abusive to our staff. No exceptions.
