Smooth Skin Supply offers the latest waxing products in the beauty industry. We also provide supplies and products to Medical Spas, Dayspas, Salons, Beauty Supply, Beauty Schools and small esthetics businesses. You must be a licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician to purchase our products. We have to right to refuse service, exchanges, replacements or courtesy to non-licensed customers.
Professional License Verification: For ALL first time customers, we require a copy of an Esthetics or Cosmetology license prior to shipping your order. You can upload your license on our website by going here. Once you upload it, add to cart and it will submit with your order.

For Call-in Orders: All orders can be called in during normal business hours.
Email orders: All email orders will receive an email with tracking information via UPS or USPS.
Beauty School Orders: All beauty school orders have to be placed via email or called in to receive 10% discount with a $500 minimum order.
Shipping Information: With our high volume of customers our products take 2-5 business days for shipment. However there are some occasions where we can process your order the same day or next day.

Delivery Times for USPS Priority Mail from Smooth Skin Supply: 2-3 Business Days- Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska
Our International Customers: We ship worldwide via USPS (Priority Mail) and FEDEX. If you need a large order with a faster method please email us for a quote. We are NOT responsible for your custom fees, taxes/duties or any other fees Fedex may charge for your international shipment.
Backordered Items: If an item is on backorder, we will ship the in stock items first. When your backordered item arrives at the warehouse we will ship them to you with no shipping charge.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds or order cancellations must be expressly authorized by Smooth Skin Supply and are for store credit only. Requests for any order corrections must be made within 7 days of receipt of order. No returns or refunds will be allowed on unopened, opened or used products. Refunds will be granted for store credit only and must be approved by management. Discounts used on any order will not be changed once the order is placed. No exceptions. We do accept product returns on purchased any product.
Wax Classes/Summit: No refunds will be given for class cancellations, in the event of a class cancellation you will receive store credit. If you register for a class and are unable to attend you can use your registration fee towards another class or towards purchasing product. No refunds or store credits on show orders. All summit orders are FINAL. Store credits can not be used towards classes, summits or events.
Online Training Classes: No refunds on online training/class purchases. All sales for online training are final.
Online Website Sales for Se-Brazil Retail Products: Online retail price must match the MSRP pricing on our website. If the MSRP does not match our pricing we will close the wholesale account associated with the website. We do not allow online discount prices for our Se-Brazil retail products. (Effective 1/1/2020)
Marketing Club Membership: Marketing Club Membership fees are non-refundable.
Right to Refuse: Smooth Skin Supply LLC reserves the right to discontinue business with any customer who is abusive to our staff. No exceptions.
Unauthorize Sales of any Smooth Skin Supply Products: Se-Brazil products on Third Party Resell websites are prohibited.
