Directions:
For Natural Deodorant uses: Apply EVERY 2-3 hours daily (first 30 days) directly in the underarm area.
For Antiperspirant uses: For the first 30 days apply twice, day and night
For the feet: apply every night at the bottom of the feet to help control foot odor
Ingredients: Purified Water, Ammonium Alum, Patchouli Oil, Lavandin Oil, Tea Tree Oil, Hydrogenated Castor Oil & Proprietary Essential Oil Blend
